I am a Professional Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies, available within 2 hours of North Hampshire, specialising in Weddings, Masonic Ladies Festivals and other Dinners, Ceremonies and Award nights
My Toastmaster role does not start on the morning of the Wedding Day, it starts now. We schedule at least 2 meeting to sketch out the Wedding Day plans and then go into fine detail closer to the wedding day to map out everything that needs to happen on the day, and when it happens. Ideally we can do this at the venue and walk through all of the key moments.
I can advise on all aspects of a traditional wedding, and we can then discuss what to include and where to be creative.
On the day it is about third party managment and coordination (Venue manager, Banqueting Manager, Photographer, Disco, Celebrant etc) confirming timings and roles so that all are aligned with the Bride and Bridegroom's plans
Also making the key announcements to bring guests together and to accentuate the Bride and Bridegroom is all key moments, such as: Confetti shot; Reception Line, Bride and Bridegroom entrance to Wedding Breakfast, Speeches, Cake cutting & First Dance.
My wedding package typically includes:
- all pre-meetings, a detailed written wedding day plan shared with the Bride & Bridegroom and key suppliers, such as the venue, photographer etc
- Free advise on wedding day options and speech making etc
- Arrival at the venue 90 minutes before the arrival of furst guests to check the wedding breafast room, discuss all timings again with the venue and prepare for the reception drinks and wedding breakfast
- All aspects of the key moments of the day up to Cutting the Cake at the end of the wedding breakfast.
I am of course happy to say on for cake cutting and first dance once the evening guests have arrived, but this might be an additional cost depending on timing.
