We are nestled in the tranquil village of Mapperley between Derby & Nottingham within 160 acres of
picturesque grassland & woodlands. We take care & attention to understand your needs, because creating beautiful, memorable Weddings and Events is just as important to us as it is to you.

Best Friends Wedding

Attended for my best friends wedding and cannot compliment the staff enough. Everything was perfect and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. Genuinely such a wonderful experience, I cannot praise them enough 💕

What an amazing day

What an amazing day 22.08.26 for the wedding of my daughter and wonderful son in law, Kerri and Jimmy. Such a fantastic venue, and a day made extra special by Rosie, Sam and the wonderful team. The place looked brilliant the weather was wonderful and the guests where in all their finery. Everyone went above and beyond to make this the special day the couple wanted. 💞💞💞💞 I meet some amazing people who couldn't do enough for Kerri and Jimmy.
If you've never visited Mapperley Farm Events Venue you truly don't know what an absolute gem of a place you are missing ❤️ check it out is all I can say...you won't be disappointed 😃

1000000% recommend! We honestly cannot thank Rosie, Sam, and the entire team at Mapperley Farm enough for giving us the most incredible wedding day. From the moment we first stepped foot at the venue, we completely fell in love with it, and it truly became the dream setting for our perfect day.
The time, effort, care, and attention to detail that the whole team put into making sure everything ran smoothly was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us in every way and were always there whenever we needed them. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their support made the whole experience so special and stress-free.
Mapperley Farm will always hold such a special place in our hearts, and we feel incredibly lucky to have celebrated our wedding there. Thank you all so much for helping make our dream wedding a reality — we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We booked Mapperely Farm for our wedding on 4th July 2026. We first met with the owners Rosie and Sam 2 years ago. It was the first wedding venue that we had visited, and didn't know what to expect, but Rosie and Sam put us at ease straight away. They gave us advice, shared their experience with weddings, and encouraged us to look at other venues before making a decision. However it was clear after visiting 2 other venues that Mapperely Farm was the one for us. It was beautiful, set in the rural countryside, had accomodation on site, reasonably priced, backed with the support of the owners, and we had the ability to do whatever we liked with the day. Allowing us to make it a day unique to us, booking a pizza buffet, an ice cream bike, photos in their woods, chats with the sheep, family baked goods and more. Thank you so much to Rosie and Sam for making our day so perfect, taking us through it every step of the way, and making it personal to us! We will be sure to have another event there again in the future 🙂

It was perfect

We had our wedding at Mapperley Farm Events Venue, and it was perfect. Rosie and Sam are the perfect duo to help make sure everything goes off without a hitch. Rosie, the owner and manager, was an absolute delight to help us plan our day. She was so excited, so invested, she felt like family. If you're looking for an outdoor wedding, you absolutely MUST at least go and book a viewing with Rosie. From open fields to under trees, large and small, I promise she's got something for everyone.

While our wedding was incredibly small, it felt like a fairytale in the woodside arbour. This place is so precious and anyone considering outdoors must go see it.

We had our wedding at Mapperley Farm and it was a great venue. There is so much flexibility to make the wedding your own being a DIY venue. The drinks are very reasonably priced and they ran a great bar with zero queues.
Rosie was very responsive and was fantastic during our day. They dealt with changeable weather easily and were so flexible. 10/10 - thank you!

We was invited to Glyn and Pips wedding Saturday the 21st of June with our ice cream van.
I must say the venue was spectacular and the staff so polite and helpful I can see why people would choose to have their wedding there

What a fantastic venue…. The team made our day so special… we had a small ceremony in the woods and then onto the beautiful courtyard setting…. Memories to cherish forever. Such a stunning day in a stunning setting.
Would absolutely recommend from small to large scale weddings. Massive thanks to Rosie Sam and the team.

Celebrated my birthday party. The venue was fab, Rosie was brilliant to work with lots of knowledge about everything . Would definitely recommend it . We even camped which was lovely .
