We can accommodate up to 250 people in our Princes Ballroom, 140 people in our French Ballroom and 40 people in our Forster SuiteWe are licensed for Civil Ceremonies and our wedding planner would be happy to advise on arrangements, or if you would prefer Bradford Registry Office this is just 200m from the Midland Hotel. We have 90 bedrooms within the hotel, perfect for the wedding celebrations to continue long into the night.

Absolute perfection
Our wedding at the Midland Hotel Bradford was nothing short of perfect, and we cannot thank the team enough for everything they did to make our day so special.
From the moment we booked, nothing was ever too much trouble. The planning process was smooth, professional and reassuring throughout, and we always felt completely supported.
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We held our ceremony and wedding breakfast in the French Ballroom and our evening reception in the Princess Ballroom, and both rooms are truly breathtaking. The hotel bedrooms are beautiful, and the bridal suite is flawless – the perfect place to get ready and unwind after the celebrations.
The food was outstanding and received so many compliments from our guests. The cocktails were equally fantastic and enjoyed by everyone. It was clear that great care and attention had gone into every aspect of the day, right down to the smallest finishing touches and details.
What really sets the Midland apart, however, is the people. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely invested in making our day a success. The hotel is spotless, the reception team are incredibly efficient, and Sandra in particular was excellent throughout.
The waiting and bar staff were equally wonderful. Charlotte remembered us from my bridal shower at the hotel, which was such a lovely personal touch and made us feel truly valued.
A special mention must go to Jo, the Wedding Specialist. She is simply incredible. Our wedding was a large and busy event with lots of suppliers and moving parts, yet everything ran seamlessly. If there were any problems, we never heard about them because Jo handled everything calmly and professionally behind the scenes. She went above and beyond from the day we booked right through to the wedding itself, and our day would not have run so smoothly without her.
Sandy from the events team was also an absolute pleasure to work with and was always helpful, approachable and supportive.
One of the things we appreciated most was that, despite being a large hotel, they made us feel like we were the only wedding that mattered. The entire team genuinely cared about making our day perfect, and that level of service is something we will never forget.
Every expectation we had was exceeded. If you're considering the Midland Hotel Bradford for your wedding, book it. We would choose it again in a heartbeat.

We had our wedding evening at The Midland Hotel and stayed for B&B the night of.
Frederica was the lady who co ordinated our day and helped us organise everything. She was always on hand and so helpful when I had queries and ideas! We always felt like she was there to look after us and work around any limits we might have had.
The care and commitment from staff on our day was amazing and we didn’t feel at any point like things weren’t going right or being messed up (coming from a bit of a control freak). They were all great and organised and we’re sure to check in when needed and keep up with any slight changes.
Any pricing we encountered were very good and the food was amazing! The little date/taster session we had before hand was a great idea and made us more excited for the food on the day.
After visiting other venues, The Midland and mainly Frederica from the very start made us feel comfortable and happy that they would do what they could to help us have the best day! And we did.
So thank you very much!!

Absolutely amazing!!
Our wedding was faultless! The hotel staff made us so welcome and attended to all our needs. They bent over backwards to ensure everything was perfect. 4th time lucky after cancellations due to the pandemic. Our wedding co-ordinator became like a friend, she was so kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend the Midland for your wedding. The food and atmosphere was amazing and the DJ catered to our specific needs (Metal and rock) amazing!!!
