• The Council Chamber Hall: An elegant, fairy-tale space featuring enchanting chandeliers, long Palladian windows with original Georgian shutters, and direct rear access to the outdoor area.
  • Ceremony Capacity: 70 guests (theatre/ceremony style)
  • Dining Capacity: 54 guests (sit-down meal)
• The Music Room: A light-filled, neutral space surrounded by the wild flowers and stunning trees of the park, perfect for calm, intimate gatherings.
  • Ceremony Capacity: 20 guests
• Mayor’s Parlour (Bridal/Groom Suite): Available from 8:00 am until the ceremony ends on Saturdays and Sundays (when booking the Council Chamber Hall). It serves as a private dressing room and secure storage during the reception.

Licensing & Timing

• Operating Hours: Bookings can be scheduled from 10:00 am until midnight.
• Alcohol Licence: Finishes inside at midnight and outside at 11:00 pm (Monday to Saturday). On Sundays, all alcohol service ends at 10:00 pm.
• Music Licence: Finishes at 11:00 pm (Monday to Saturday) and at 9:00 pm on Sundays. Please note that music is strictly prohibited in the outdoor spaces.

Catering & Drinks

• Self-Catered Kitchen: A kitchen connects directly to the Council Chamber Hall for external caterers to prepare and serve meals.
• Outdoor Vendors: The outdoor space accommodates food trucks or external vendors to create a festival-style dining experience.
• Cashless Bar: An on-site bar is available with a hire charge and no minimum spend requirement.
• Corkage Policy: Corkage is not permitted on liqueurs or spirits, with Pimm's being the only exception (must be served as a cocktail with lemonade). Per-person drink packages are also available.
