How and when did you meet?
We meet 13 years ago on New Years Eve (Dan’s birthday) at Alexandra Palace. We actually went with a large group of friends but we hadn’t actually meet until that night.

Where, when and how did he (or you!) propose?
Daniel hired a small boat in San Francisco and drove it until Golden Gate Bridge where he proposed to me.
Did you have hen and stag celebrations? If so, what did you do?
I had a garden party themed hen party. My friends organised Butlers in the buff who served us drinks and food all day. It was perfect!
How did your groom help with the wedding planning?
Dan made the table plan, place cards and was involved in much of the decsion making.
Did you use confetti to plan your wedding? If so, how did the website help you?
Yes very much so. Even though the wedding was abroad we still bought pieces to take for the big day

I had it made from Bridal Santuary in Essex. It was a plain satin skirt with a matching bodice

I had 7 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, 1 paige boy

Danny McGurk ‐ brown suit with ivory shirt and tie

the venue did the catering, fish and chicken

It was a traditional Swan cake, which they set alight before eating. Very unusal

Live band in the evening and traditional accordion player in the day
Where did you spend your first night and honeymoon? Who did you book your honeymoon with?
Hotel Toplice, then flew to Italy
What was your most memorable moment of the day?
Seeing Daniel for the first time as i walked into the castle
Is there anything you would do differently, or any advice you would give to other brides?
It was perfect and so much fun. It went on for three days rather than just the one, as friends and family were there as a holiday with us.
